**Fee waived if participant raises $100 or more in donations through the pledge program. **

If participating in the pledge program, bring your pledge form with $100 or more and be reimbursed for your registration fee.

Registration includes fun for the whole family, one t-shirt, food, entertainment, and participation in the walk.
T-shirts are available in children sizes-S, M, L; adult sizes- S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL

Register by Monday, October 12, 2009 to guarantee lunch, t-shirt and goodie bag!

Schedule of Events

Registration/Check-In 10:00am-11:00am
Pre-registrants may pick up t-shirts from the designated table beginning at 10:00am.

New registrants can register at this table beginning at 10:00am also.

Cure SMA Walk 11:15am-11:45am
Join us for a walk around Snow Hinton Park in honor of the children and families fighting SMA everyday.

Lunch will follow the walk
Please join us as we celebrate a successful walk over a delicious meal!

Giveaways, silent auction, games and door prizes until 1:15pm

Silent Auction
You are welcome to bid on fabulous items including signed football memorabilia, themed baskets, vacation packages, art work, entertainment packages, gift certificates, and much more!

Children's bouncer
What better way to celebrate a great day for a good cause than to "jump it out" in a classic children's bouncer!

Clown
Come grab a balloon to support SMA, and enjoy the fun that a clown always brings to an event!

Playground
Enjoy the swings, slides and monkey bars of the Snow Hinton Park Playground.
